Born in Cape Town, South Africa, Brandon found his love for Cinematography through riding BMX bikes, he went on to graduate, majoring in Cinematography and Lighting.

Brandon draws inspiration from the textured and visceral world that he grew up in, as well as the unfiltered narratives that surround him. He always strives to honestly portray these characters and their stories.

Brandon has proven to be an all-around Director of Photography (DOP), working on long-form,commercials, music videos and documentaries.

He possesses a strong understanding of performance, coupled with a unique visual approach for each project. Brandon ensures there is integrity and reason behind his creative decisions.

As a versatile, creative, and hands-on cinematographer, Brandon can take on any project that comes his way, always prioritising quality. Brandon has an incredible ability to move with his characters and gently reveal their subtext.
